Welcome to our private garden studio in Hurghada! Located in a second-row complex in the Arabia area, this newly renovated unit can't wait to host you.· Free transfer from Airport to Accommodation - 1 way (minimum 7 nights booked).· 3 private beaches (across the street - for a fee): sunbed, umbrella, 3 swimming pools, toilets and dock. Coral reef at the end of the dock*;· Public beach No. 4 within a 10-minute walk.Unfortunately, we do NOT accept ORFI.The space· 3 swimming pools and access to 3 private beaches *· Free WiFi and Smart TV with over 7000 international channels;· air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, clothes drying rack, refrigerator, microwave, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with all essential supplies, including towels;· code access lock, video camera in the hallway, elevator, 24/7 security;· possibility of private airport transfer (for a fee);· Free early check-in, if available (please ask before booking so we can block it); · Free late check-out, if available (please ask before booking so we can lock it).The newly renovated studio is located in a vibrant neighborhood with a mix of restaurants and cafes for tourists as well as locals, for tourists who want to experience the local culture.The view is to the garden from the inside and the studio is away from the street noise (horns, cars, children). If you feel the slightest discomfort, you have free new (sealed) earplugs in the desk drawer.Transportation in the area is very cheap. You can use local cars for which you pay $0.10 per ride, or you can use UBER/Indrive transport where you will pay around $0.30 per km.Also:· 3 km/ 8 minutes from Hurghada Marina.· 3.5 km/9 minutes from El Dahar Bazaar.· 4 km/ 10 minutes from Sheraton Boulevard.Is there anything missing from the description? On the ground floor you will find restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, as well as fruit and vegetable stores.You have access to 3 private beaches across the road for a fee, 200 (downtown beach), 300 (scandic beach) or 400 (zahabia beach) Egyptian pounds for access to one of them for a whole day.
