🏖️ Welcome to your oasis in Hurghada – on the Red Sea!Located in the Florenza Khamsin complex, second row in the Arabia area, and offering FREE ACCESS TO A PRIVATE BEACH, this newly renovated studio with a pool view is ready to welcome you.Unfortunately, we do NOT accept ORFI.· Free transfer from the airport to the accommodation – one-way (for a minimum stay of 7 nights).The space· 3 pools and FREE ACCESS TO THE BEACH ACROSS THE STREET.· Free Wi-Fi and Smart TV with over 7,000 international channels;· Silent air conditioning (cooling and heating), washing machine with 15-minute quick program, hair dryer, iron, drying rack, fridge, microwave, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with all essential supplies including bath towels, beach towels, and sunscreen;· Safe, code access lock, hallway security camera, elevator, 24/7 security;· Free early check-in, if available (please ask before booking so we can block it for you);· Free late check-out, if available (please ask before booking so we can block it for you);· Private transfer available for an extra fee.The newly renovated studio is located in a vibrant neighborhood, with a mix of restaurants and cafes for both tourists and locals – perfect for travelers looking to experience local culture.The view is to the inner pool and the studio is protected from street noise (honking, cars, kids). If you feel any discomfort, you’ll find free, new (sealed) earplugs in the desk drawer.Transportation in the area is very affordable. You can use local microbuses for about €0.10 per ride, or take Uber/Indrive at approximately €0.30 per km.Also:· 3 km / 8 minutes from Hurghada Marina;· 3.5 km / 9 minutes from El Dahar Bazaar;· 4 km / 10 minutes from Sheraton Boulevard;· 10 km / 20 minutes from the Airport.Guest accessAccess is granted either by on-site staff or automatically with a key from the code box.Other things to noteAll the facilities you need are located around the complex.On the ground floor, you’ll find restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, as well as fruit and vegetable shops.You have access to 3 private beaches across the street for a fee:· FREE access (Downtown Beach),· 300 EGP (Scandic Beach),· 400 EGP (Zahabia Beach) – full-day access.We provide beach towels, sunscreen, and a beach bag for free.· Pools are not heated during winter.Missing something from the description?
