It is said that "where you are happy, you are at home" and this will be the feeling you will experience at the Pearl of Sharm @ Delta!This apartment is located in the beating heart of Sharm El Sheikh, within one of the most beautiful and organized compound in the area: the Delta Sharm.The spaceThe Pearl of Sharm @ Delta is a newly renovated apartment, very comfortable, with attention to the smallest details and furnished in a modern style.It develops in:- a very bright living room (with a comfortable expandable sofa and 4K 43” Smart TV), which overlooks the terrace sheltered by a refined wooden pergola;- an equipped kitchen, with all necessary appliances (dishwasher, electric oven and grill, toaster, kettle and washing machine);- a bathroom also equipped with a bidet and a spacious shower with glass doors;- a double bedroom with large wardrobe and chest of drawers available.The building in which this apartment is located stands on the garden in front of the H1 swimming pool, which is always heated in the winter months.At guests' disposal:- Bed linen and towels;- kitchen equipped with a wide variety of crockery (please keep it clean and tidy);- WiFi Internet connection (limited traffic);- all the information and tips you will need during your stay in Sharm El Sheikh.Guest accessDelta Sharm is a splendid resort, equipped with every comfort:- 10 splendid swimming pools (some also heated in the winter months) with free lifeguard service;- free private parking;- supermarket and pharmacy;- numerous restaurants and bars (including Italian ones).The area is safe (with 24-hour surveillance) and well served by public transport: Taxis and buses are always in front of the entrance.Other things to noteIts strategic position will allow you to quickly reach not only the most beautiful beaches of Sharm (in 5 minutes by bus or taxi), but also its most characteristic areas, for a nice shopping stroll in the typical Old Sharm market or to spend a pleasant evening in the fun Naama Bay clubs.Please note that in the event that one of the guests of a couple (man and woman) has a passport issued by an Arab and/or Islamic Country, the structure requires, as per local law in order to check-in, a marriage contract or Orphi.Unfortunately due to some guests who left air conditioners and lights always on even while they were not in the apartment, the cost of electricity is not included in the price. The apartment has a meter which will be read at check-in and check-out. The cost of electricity actually consumed based on the meter reading must be paid on site in cash at check-out.(For example, in case of normal use of air conditioners and lights, for a period of 7 days, the cost is around $ 6).Show more
