Hi dears my flat in the second floor in a very good location in the west bank of Luxor city every morning from the balcony you can see the hot air balloon and the green fields and the mountain t's 5 minutes walking from the statues of memnon 7 minutes from the Valley of the kings by car and 5 minutes by car from Hatshepsut temple and the local ferry boats a very quiet place for relaxing with mountain view and a garden view.

Smoking isn’t allowed in the apartment, only in the balcony/terrace. Damage to our property may be changed on your reservation! The electricity can be turned off during the day especially between 16-17 o’clock, this will be caused by the main city electricity office, not only in our home, but in the whole village. This is beyond our control.Air conditioners must be turned off, when you leave the apartment. We respect local lows in our land, which doesn’t allow stays for unmarried Egyptian partners, so when a partner is Egyptian then a marriage certificate is needed.Foreign citizens don’t have to show a marriage certificate.Show more
