Top floor spacious studio apartment on the Egyptian Experience Resort in Nabq.Sea and pool views from the sunny balcony. furnished with outdoor sofa, chair and bistro set. Great spot to watch the sunset.There are 5 pools on the complex with a pool bar open daily serving food and soft drinks, we also have an onsite supermarket. Taxi service with reliable drivers bookable through the on site office , airport transfers can also be arranged.The spaceExtremely spacious studio apartment beautifully decorated and equipped for all your self catering needs. Large fitted kitchen with oven , hob , microwave and fridge freezer. Breakfast bar looking out through a large picture window to the balcony with lovely views.Large private furnished balcony that gets the morning sun a great place to start your day with views of the pool and the sea , there is also a shared roof terrace with panoramic sea and Mountain views. We have provided folding deck chairs if you would like to sit up here , we get amazing views of the sunset behind the mountains here on an evening. There is a king sized bed and double sofa bed so can sleep 4 guests but be mindful you are all in the same open plan space so may not be suitable for everyone.Separate bathroom with shower. All towels provided. We do have contacts with other apartment owners if you require extra space please ask for details.Guest accessEntire studio and balcony for guests. Shared roof terrace but we provide folding chairs for you to take up to the roof when you want to enjoy the amazing sunsets over the mountains.Other things to notePlease be aware utilities are provided by the complex and are payable in additional to the rental price. Staff take a meter reading on arrival and again when you leave , you are responsible for paying the bill when you check out.Also due to local laws we can not accept bookings from unmarried Egyptians as it against the law to cohabit with a member of the opposite sex and the complex will check paperwork on check in . There is considerable building work ongoing across all of Sharm so you may experience some disruption.Wi-Fi available to rent from the office as a portable device. I can book this for you in advance if required. Grocery packs can also be provided for your arrival at extra charge. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental but can be booked and paid for locally at very reasonable rates please ask for details.There is an on site laundrette, drop of your items in the bag provided and they will be washed , dried , ironed and returned to you for a small charge per item .Show more
