It is surrounded by greenery and benefiting from a stunning private heated pool — a rare find in El Gouna.The apartment is just a 30-minute walk to downtown, following one of the most scenic paths in El Gouna, passing through the golf course and alongside the lagoons. The route is also ideal for an incredible morning run.The spaceInside the studio, you’ll find a brand-new queen-size bed, a small wardrobe, and a table for two, ideal for dining or working. The compact kitchenette is equipped for light cooking and daily convenience, featuring a 1-eye electric stove, microwave, mini-fridge and a kettle.It also includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.The studio opens directly onto the terrace and heated pool area.Other things to note📌 El Gouna Access Info – Please ReadTo enter El Gouna and your compound, a QR code is required for all guests.
